On March 2nd, Lin Chuqin, the Chairman of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and Li Guixiong, the Vice Chairman, led a Thai goodwill delegation to Shantou to conduct inspections and research on the textile and garment industry. The Delegation Visited Shantou International Textile City, China's Homewear Professional Procurement Base, and several textile and garment enterprises, experiencing firsthand the development and changes in Shantou's textile and garment industry. They discussed the vision for industrial cooperation and development, aiming to build a bridge for expanding overseas markets.

Cai Yongming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shantou Municipal Party Committee and the Director of the United Front Work Department, Hong Yuehao, the Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department, and relevant leaders from Chaoyang District and Chaonan District accompanied and participated in the event. During the visit, they toured Guangdong Golden Lion New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Huayang Underwear Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Bailian Underwear Co., Ltd., gaining detailed insights into the R & D and production of nylon yarn, the manufacturing of high - quality textile and apparel products, export sales, and corporate management.

At the symposium, Zhong Zekai, president of the Homewear&Thermal Section, introduced the background of the Section's establishment and the homewear&thermal industry chain. Nearly 10 homewear&thermal companies showcased their products on-site, laying the foundation for future cooperation discussions.
